Instructions:
1) Enter your Customer Number, and an Email Address. The Email address will be used to email you your password, if you forget it.
2) Choose a password, and enter it in both places. The Password and Confirm Password must match.

If the information is accepted, your password will become valid, and the first screen of the Customer Information System will be displayed.

If there are any problems with the information you enter (i.e., invalid customer number, passwords don't match, etc), a message will be displayed, and you will have to correct the error.
